    Things to remember

    · The school calendar is also available on the website

    · School hours are from 7:40-3:30 for most certified staff

    § Students may enter the building at 7:40 am for AM preschool and 11:55 am for PM.

    § AM classes start promptly at 8:00 am; PM classes start at 12:00 pm.

    § AM class dismissal is 11:00 am; PM class dismissal is 3:00 pm.

     

    · DROP OFF / PICKUP PROCEDURES

    § Parent Drop Off: Begins at 7:40 am - AM classes; 11:55 am - PM classes (door A7)

    § Parent Pick Up: 11:00 am - AM classes; 3:00 pm - PM classes (door A7)

    § CAR LINE – Door A1 (north end of building) for MORNING CLASSES ONLY.

    For safety concerns, please do not park your car and walk through/along the car line area. Please remain by/in your vehicle while in the car line.

    § GREEN NAME SIGN – Your green sign must be displayed in your car window/dash during car line pickup.

    § For safety reasons if you don’t have the green sign you will need to park and come to the door so we may check your ID.

    § WALKER DOOR – Door A7 (off of Broadway St.). You must park either in a parking spot in the south parking lot or across the street and walk to the door.

    § AFTERNOON CLASSES use ONLY WALKER DOOR.

    § Please do not double park in the south lot.

    § Bring your GREEN NAME SIGN with you to the WALKER door, A7.

     

    · SICK POLICY – Your student will be sent home with any temperature 100 degrees and over.

    They must be fever-free for a minimum of 24 hours without medicine before returning.

    · Please call the office at 417-649-5709 each day your child is absent and regarding any transportation / pickup changes.

    · Please make sure your child eats breakfast or lunch at home as these meals are not provided for preschoolers.

    · Tuition payments are due on the first day of each month (Sept.1st – May 1st). Checks are payable to CJEEC (Carl Jct. Early Education Center)

    · Snack Milk is provided at 45 cents. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR STUDENT HAS SOME SNACK MILK MONEY in their account by the first day. Milk charges are posted weekly. An automated phone call will be sent out when balances fall below $5.00.

    · Party invitations are welcome; however, all children in the group---all boys or all girls in the class---must be invited if invitations are handed out at school. We
